NACHO provides its Seal of Approval only to those developments which are affirmed by association analysts as commercially sustainable. The association supports individual and family members by providing the resources and information necessary to gain a clear perspective on their purchase and the delivery of their expectations. Buyer members are provided US market historical hotel rates & occupancy combined with the association proprietary on-line calculator enabling perspective buyers the power of an informed buying decisions.
As a non-profit, non-partisan organization, NACHO relies solely on its memberships and contributions from individuals and corporations to carry out this mission. In order to facilitate the sustainable expansion of this important segment, we do not accept government support of any kind.
