		<description>In our work with Caribbean fractional customers this is the same advice we give all of them - why are you considering this as a second or third home alternative; what is your budget; how often will you be staying at your "home in Paradise"; and do you clearly understand all of the "other details" related to owning a fractional?  It is a booming market, and it is greatly impacting the resale of full deeded ownership in the Caribbean.  And, it is a product that makes perfect sense for a large number of buyers coming to the Caribbean.  Thanks for the tips.</description>
