Yesterday I caught a rainbow trout in N. Michigan. We brought the fish home to our Inn at Bay Harbor condo hotel unit to fry it up for dinner. We had butter and salt, but no lemon. In a traditional condo or cottage this may have been a real dilemma, not in a full service condo hotel. We simple walked down to the commercial kitchen and had our pick of the lemons.

Hey Bob,
You are way tooo funny. We just got back from our 32nd Annual Men & Boys Campout in the Sierras. There were 47 men and boys at this year’s trip. We not only brought lemons, but we never forget garlic and olive oil for the trout we eat. However, we do fish with barbless hooks and only keep the trout we eat. The only kitchen on this trip is our campfire. It is always the fourth Wednesday of July, and we would love to have you join us next year. My nephews flew in from Nashville, my boys came up from L.A., and one of the men flew his dad in from St. Louis. It is always an unforgettable reunion. Until next time…fair winds.
