		<description>I agree that fractionals are very well designed in terms of matching usage against purchase price.  Qualitatively I've met many people still not using all their time though.  Or better yet, people buying into 2,3, even 4 separate factional units.

I predict a large rental inventory pool emerging within the fractional marketplace as well.</description>
