I have just returned from a ‘trip around the world in 8
days’. I had stops in Ireland, Wales, London, Bahrain,
Dubai, Mumbai and Hong Kong. It was an incredibly
interesting adventure, I learned much. A couple theme’s
surfaced:
- The world desires travel. Every person I met dreams
of going somewhere, and many have an active plan to
take their vacation.
- Most people understood timeshare, few knew of
fractional or condo hotel.
- People are universally concerned about the
economy. Everywhere I went is being effected.
- The world looks to America for leadership. All that I
spoke to felt that The USA would lead the world out of
recession, that America would recover first.
I was impressed by the level of respect that the world’s
people (young & old) had for America.
