Coming up on February 25-26, I will be speaking at the IMN conference on Distressed Real Estate in Miami. Few conferences agendas look this riveting this year…
Our panel’s topic is about restructuring and rethinking vacant land and residential lots. Had the conference call with my panel today and found myself with almost 2 pages of notes about what they had to say. I’ve been lucky enough to be on some very cool conference panels in the past, but I think I will learn a lot in Miami.
