“I’ve received some calls on whether or not the Tax Credit Deadline has been extended. So far it looks highly likely that this will occur, but it has not officially been extended.
The Senate has approved the proposal to extend the deadline to Sept 30th, but ‘For the amendment to become law, the House and Senate must reconcile their bills. So if you signed a contract by April 30 but are having trouble closing do to system glut, stay tuned for what likely will be a quick decision’
