So…Bob, it is so fun to discover other ventures you and your family are involved in. During our discussions at the Ragtz Conference in San Francisco, the topic was how to design a way for single homes/estates to be fractionalized. If this is what Sandcastles is about it is brilliant. So, Bob, I guess this means that you won’t be joining me as the internet reporter at the Caribbean Boat Shows on Tortola and St. Thomas the first half of November. Congrats on your latest adventure! My Swedish beauty and I have a passion to fill every page of our passport with stamps before the ten year renewal takes place. Hey Bob,
You are way tooo funny. We just got back from our 32nd Annual Men & Boys Campout in the Sierras. There were 47 men and boys at this year’s trip. We not only brought lemons, but we never forget garlic and olive oil for the trout we eat. However, we do fish with barbless hooks and only keep the trout we eat. The only kitchen on this trip is our campfire. It is always the fourth Wednesday of July, and we would love to have you join us next year. My nephews flew in from Nashville, my boys came up from L.A., and one of the men flew his dad in from St. Louis. It is always an unforgettable reunion. Until next time…fair winds.

Hi Bob! Great overview of what is happening in the Caribbean. Especially Belize. South Beach Belize on Ambergris Caye is probably the hottest destination in the western Caribbean for international travelers. The developer’s goal is to create the ambiance and emulate the architectural style of South Beach, Miami - with all the beauty of the Caribbean - for a much lower selling price.
